CyberRealistic v10.0: Realism Finetune of Tongyi's Z-Image Turbo Hits Civitai Early Access
Time-Teaching1926 · reddit · 2026-10-18
Well-known model maker Cyberdelia released "CyberRealistic Z-Image Turbo" v10.0 on Civitai (early access), a realism-focused finetune of Tongyi-MAI's Z-Image Turbo.
The approach is deliberately conservative: keep what makes the base model good—speed, strong prompt understanding, composition, and efficient few-step generation—while pushing the default visual language toward believable photography. Changes include more natural skin, less synthetic rendering, more believable faces, stronger material texture, more grounded lighting, and better anatomical consistency.
As the author puts it: Z-Image Turbo already knows how to make a good image; CyberRealistic mainly changes where it starts. It's a notable example of the community rapidly building on Tongyi's open-source image model.
