Native tsc makes CLIs start much faster — and raw TS source beats .d.ts deps

Developer cramforce reports he's now using the native TypeScript compiler for CLIs, citing a massive startup speed win. Key caveat: it works better the more of the codebase is compiled from raw TS source, while npm dependencies that only expose .d.ts interfaces dilute the benefit.
