Lambda concluded its three-week Build-a-Claw hackathon series across Europe with a finale in Berlin. Winners: Sebastian Kwiedor's HOAIclaw, an AI advisor for German SMEs that keeps data local and has run 3,200+ scheduled jobs in production with zero failures, and Pasha Abdulaev's Kautionskralle, which helps German renters recover deposits by tracking deadlines and drafting objection letters. Lambda says it supports a community building with agents, open models, and physical AI.
