Arena launches Alignment Index: agent trust signals from 90K+ real sessions
arena · x · 2026-10-17
Arena released its Alignment Index, built from 90K+ real-world agent sessions across 30 models, measuring three critical trust signals:
- Unauthorized Action (UA): taking actions beyond the user's instructions or permissions
- False Attribution (FA): attributing statements or actions contradicted by user-provided evidence
- Deceptive Completion (DC): claiming a task was completed when it was not
A rare public benchmark gauging agent trustworthiness from real usage data rather than synthetic tasks; the index is live for exploration.
