Claude Code wrote 34,000 lines of a Godot tycoon game, Blender models included

The indie studio Flockbay's cozy warehouse tycoon Shelf-Made Tycoon just hit Steam, built almost entirely by Claude Code: 34,000 lines of GDScript in Godot 4.7, mostly on Opus 5.5. The author credits the surrounding loop, not the model: every edit had to pass a parse check and headless sim test, and Claude could open the Godot editor, run the game and screenshot its work before calling anything done. Cross-session memory came from a game brief and feedback file each new session read first. No text-to-3D — Claude wrote Blender geometry in Python from pre-approved concept sheets, plus runtime shaders, sound effects, and 13-language translations. Its weakest spot was taste: the first farmland read as AI slop until a full redraw with hedgerows and farm tracks.
