Claude Code desktop bug hides Routines sidebar with no way to re-enable
genealotooling-glitch · ghdev · 2026-10-16
A bug report on Claude Code desktop (macOS, v2.1.295): sessions started by local scheduled tasks no longer show in the Code tab sidebar; the built-in routines section reports shown: false and cannot be re-enabled.
- Edit sidebar, section filter menus, Customize, and Scheduled page filters offer no way to restore it
- The scheduled tasks themselves still run fine (one example: 52 runs)
- Related issues #55045 and #54524 were closed without maintainer response
