User makes AI assistant file an FTC complaint over failed $1M pizza giveaway
arthurcolle · x · 2026-10-17
Hark Labs is giving away $1M of free pizza to celebrate the Hark Pro launch, but the offer system kept crashing as users tried to claim the $30 DoorDash card. When one user's agent explained the failures, the user insisted on escalating—so the assistant drafted a full FTC complaint documenting the promotion details, verification flow, and repeated failure timeline. A neat (and funny) demo of an agent completing a real administrative task end-to-end.
