Sentry founder: Vercel's 4-mount sandbox limit breaks per-agent sandboxing
zeeg · x · 2026-10-17
Sentry founder David Cramer shares sandbox infrastructure constraints for multi-agent architectures: he wants one sandbox per agent, but running subagents creates state-sharing problems — the parent agent needs to read child state without extra systems. Putting all subagents in one sandbox has different problems he'd rather avoid. After digging in, he found Vercel unworkable today: max 4 mounts, all declared up front; other platforms not yet evaluated.
