qwen-code PR adds opt-in SSH Tool Runtime for session-isolated managed agent workers

PR #14318 in QwenLM/qwen-code adds an opt-in SSH Tool Runtime for session-isolated workers on admin-configured trusted Linux/macOS machines: SSH bootstraps a detached worker on demand and forwards existing tool/publication HTTP protocols; sessions reuse their original worker across turns, and clean close requires execution, publication, ACK, and retirement proof. Remote directory registration uses /workspaces/register (202, durable operation) while local creation stays at /workspaces/create (200); SSH is foreground-only and mutually exclusive with resident Broker deployments; migration is additive V7 with V1–V6 SQL and the OpenAPI 1.52.0 contract unchanged. The goal: managed sessions can use existing remote machines without a permanent node manager, systemd, or launchd.
