Uber Reserve left a rider stranded for an hour with no cancel option or reassignment

The author reserved an Uber Reserve ride at Dulles airport; the app showed the driver 9 minutes away, but after nearly an hour with no response to messages or calls, there was no cancel button and no way to book an alternative.
- The system held both the rider's and driver's locations — it should have auto-reassigned after a reasonable non-convergence window, or prompted a cancel/rebook with credit if its AI layer glitched.
- Screenshot shows the "Your driver is late for your pickup" state with the car 1.6 miles out and no intervention; alternate drivers only started calling after the rider got home.
