Intel's neural-compressor: SOTA low-bit LLM quantization with FP4/NVFP4 support
HaihaoShen · x · 2026-10-16
Intel researcher Haihao Shen highlights neural-compressor and related quantized model releases. The open-source project (2.7k GitHub stars) offers SOTA low-bit LLM quantization (INT8/FP8/MXFP8/INT4/MXFP4/NVFP4) and sparsity across PyTorch, TensorFlow, and ONNX Runtime, plus AWQ, GPTQ, SmoothQuant, distillation, pruning, auto-tuning, and QAT.
