Supabase CLI v2.119.0 Drops Docker, Gives Each Coding Agent Its Own Local Project

Supabase shipped CLI v2.119.0 (behind an experimental flag) with major agent-friendliness upgrades:
- No Docker required: local projects start in seconds using about a tenth of the memory
- One project per agent: each git worktree gets its own Postgres, Storage, Edge Functions, and MCP server on CLI-assigned ports remembered across restarts—one agent can supabase db reset without disturbing another agent's test runs
- Workflow: git worktree add ../app-billing -b billing then supabase start per directory; agents read their URLs/keys via supabase start --output-format json; with Declarative Schemas 2.0 agents edit schema files and the CLI writes migrations
- Lazy startup: Postgres comes up first; other services wake on first request and sleep when idle
- Remote branches that pick up work on PR open are now 5x faster
This resolves one of the most requested CLI changes: no more manually coordinating project IDs and ports across parallel agents.
