Bonsai 2 9B is live at roughly 2GB, small enough to optimize and run locally on many machines. The team says the original Bonsai delivered a 5x performance increase and Dflash2 is now enabled, with a booster noting the models are extremely fast with interesting performance characteristics versus other small models.
