adonissingh argues Opus 5.5 offers such strong value that it may be the first time he skips the top-tier model for some tasks. A quoted tweet adds that Fable 5.5 burns a lot of usage and must be significantly better than Opus to justify the cost, unless Anthropic opts for a price cut with modest gains.
