AWS extends Claude Sonnet 3/3.5/3.6 EOL on Bedrock to November 13, 2026

AWS Bedrock emails show the EOL dates for Claude 3 Sonnet, 3.5 Sonnet (including v2), and Sonnet 3.6 have all been extended to November 13, 2026, with AWS noting this is the final extension and recommending migration to Claude Sonnet 4.6, 5, or 5.5.
- October 10, 2026: models marked Legacy in all remaining regions, access continues
- November 13, 2026: full end-of-life, requests will fail in all regions
The poster says they're still waiting on word for Sonnet 3.7.
