NimbusImage opens an API for agentic control via Claude Code: clean up images by prompt
arjunrajlab · x · 2026-10-16
NimbusImage, a bioimage analysis tool, now offers an API for agentic control via Claude Code, Codex, and similar agents. Users issue natural-language commands like "find mis-segmented debris and remove it based on a filter," "get me this image in publication format," or "color each cell by number of RNA spots," and the agent executes them.
The Arjun Raj lab says to email for an API key.
