ChainForge dev shows 'feature map' for orchestrating subagents on large PRs
IanArawjo · x · 2026-10-16
Ian Arawjo shares how working on the ChainForge codebase looks in late 2026: the project is visualized as an isometric "feature map" where blue regions are proposed features (blueprints) from PRs, each tile a subfeature. The large "ChainBuddy 2.0" PR (66 files, +11k lines in 24 days) gets subagents dispatched to work on it, with a side panel for proposals, validation checks, approve/rebase/merge actions. A first-hand look at multi-agent development on a real codebase.
