Keel: an open-source event-sourced context graph shared by all your agents
Automatic-Mix8798 · reddit · 2026-10-16
A developer released Keel (Apache 2.0), an open-source shared context layer for AI agents: events from your systems go in once, land in an event-sourced graph with full history, and every agent reads through the same five MCP tools — eliminating per-agent data pipelines and memory.
Plugged into an agent already working on Jira without changing the agent: correct data went from 70% to 100%, cost dropped 44%–70%, response time improved 31%–57%, and team-wide question coverage went from 0% to 100%. Features include point-in-time history (what the agent knew when it decided), business rules declared once and evaluated identically for every agent, semantic and hybrid search, per-agent permissions, MySQL/SQLite support, and SDKs for TypeScript, Python, Go and PHP.
