Cua launches Spaces Teams: shared desktops for humans and computer-use agents
Scobleizer · x · 2026-10-16
Cua released Spaces Teams and Pro, turning computers into shared workspaces where teams and computer-use agents operate side by side on macOS, Linux and Windows.
Key capabilities:
- Teleport: packs an app session (tabs, profiles, sign-ins) into a bundle that moves into a Space; requires user approval and Touch ID for sensitive items, SHA-256 verification, and end-to-end sealing to the Space's key so not even Cua's relay can read it.
- RCDP, Cua's remote desktop protocol, streams input separately from the picture so every human and agent gets its own cursor on the same desktop, with instant human takeover.
- Spaces run locally via Lume VMs, on owned hardware, or in your own cloud, with low-latency QUIC streaming.
The site lists Qwen Code, Meta, Google DeepMind, NVIDIA, DeepSeek and Kimi Code among users of its stack.
