Cursor says it has largely fixed the 'model at capacity' errors with more compute

Tibo announced a series of changes plus more compute to significantly reduce the disruptive "Selected model is at capacity. Please try a different model" error in Cursor. When it does occur, sessions should now eventually continue on their own instead of blocking, and the team asks users to report remaining occurrences.
