Developer glaydsonboa published runtime evidence of his private system Worion (built with Claude Code, Codex and DeepSeek), built on the principle that AI reasons but never decides what counts as fact — deterministic scripts, logs, traces and SHA-256 hashes (129 files) preserve the evidence chain.
The disclosed research-turn flow: a pure-code deterministic router classifies the query; DeepSeek produces reasoning and requests searches; Gemini (with Google Search) and Brave run the searches; results return to DeepSeek for the final answer.
Failures are documented too: an intentionally unpaid search agent returned HTTP 401 (the turn completed anyway), a planned second turn never ran, and part of a reasoning trace survives only as size plus hash. He argues a chain of proof exists to stop narrative from replacing what actually happened.
The idea is open-sourced as traceweave: verifying AI coding-agent work from evidence external to the agent itself.
