Dev builds an H3 'retouching studio' for video: swap characters, sets and camera angles
Exciting-Income-5840 · reddit · 2026-10-15
A user built a video retouching studio on top of H3, combining and adapting existing techniques into a nine-operation workflow: add elements via image ref or text, change pose, swap decor, change camera angle, replace or delete characters, recolor elements, and—his favorite—replace elements that SAM can't even recognize, using pixel-level tracking with an image reference. A compelling look at fine-grained post-generation video editing with H3.
