- By identity: mainland-China personal ID only → PayPal.cn (personal seller) or Waffo.ai; passport + HK bank account → Stripe personal; with a company → Stripe or PayPal.cn, or Subotiz. Creem is no longer recommended.
- One website, one merchant account: sharing one merchant across sites risks AB-site bans; Subotiz is the exception.
- Accepting both PayPal and Stripe raises paid conversion; price in EUR for EU users and trigger Stripe in EUR.
- Three essentials: test only in sandbox, keep chargeback/dispute rates low, and wire up at least two channels for redundancy.
