Developer uses Claude Code to edit YouTube videos end-to-end, outputs Premiere timelines
therealdanvega · x · 2026-10-15
Developer Dan Vega shares how Claude Code edits his YouTube videos — not the code in them, the videos themselves: transcribing footage, cutting dead air, handling jump cuts, adding lower thirds, sound effects and music, then producing a Premiere timeline.
Each step is packaged as a Claude Code skill, and he says it was the most-asked-about topic at the dev2Next conference this week — a novel use of coding-agent skills for non-coding video post-production.
