Intel said to have secured foundry commitments from Broadcom and Google, Apple wins on 14A

KeyBanc raised estimates after its Asia trip: supply chain feedback indicates Intel has effectively secured foundry commitments from Broadcom (networking switches) and Google (server CPUs). The note adds Apple M/A-series wins on 14A (5M-10M lifetime units, $40B-$80B revenue), plus EMIB packaging wins on Google Humu Fish/Ice Fish and Qualcomm AI300, and EMIB-M traction on AWS Trainium 3 and Microsoft Cobalt 400. Key risk: EMIB-T substrate yields of 50-60% at Ibiden and 20-30% at UMTC could constrain the ramp.
