IFM's Jais line has released the Jais-3 family with GGUF weights on Hugging Face at four sizes: 32B, 7B, 3.7B, and 0.9B.
- All sizes shipped as GGUF, runnable directly on llama.cpp and other local inference stacks
- The Jais line has long focused on Arabic+English bilingual capability; this round spans edge-sized to mid-range models
