MBZUAI's Institute for Foundation Models, with G42/Inception and Cerebras, released Jais 3, a family of open Arabic-native models ranging up to a 375B flagship, with day-one vLLM support and GGUF weights from 0.9B to 32B on Hugging Face. The models target Arabic scenarios and agentic tasks.
