Open-weights TYGER model combines ASR with full-duplex turn control, 250ms latency
KokaOP · reddit · 2026-10-15
nineninesix released TYGER, an open-weights model combining ASR with full-duplex turn control — it can tell when you finish, when you interrupt, and when you're just saying "mm-hm".
- 250 ms median endpoint latency, 80 ms frames, no lookahead
- The tyger-s2s voice agent stack (TYGER + Gemma 4 E4B + VoxCPM2) runs up to 4 concurrent conversations on one 32 GB GPU
- English-only for now
Weights and code are available on Hugging Face and GitHub.
