How an AI agency landed clients with zero sales calls: posts, Loom videos, payment links
Meris_dabhi · reddit · 2026-10-15
A small AI automation agency owner shares how he replaced all 1-on-1 outreach and sales calls:
- Post short (≤3 sentences) descriptions of what he does where ideal customers already gather — Facebook groups, LinkedIn, X, niche communities — so people raise their hands instead of being chased.
- Interested prospects get a Loom video, no calendar link; the video focuses on the outcome they want rather than a task list.
- Still interested? Straight to a payment link. One decent video often works for multiple prospects.
It felt slower at first without daily DMs, but the clients who came through actually wanted the offer — the first came from one post plus one Loom, zero sales calls.
