Indie developer yihuiindie is balking at Figma's pricing: Full seats jump from $16/mo (Professional) to $55/mo (Organization) — more than 3x. Per the pricing screenshot, Dev seats go $12→$25 and Collab $3→$5, with the Org tier adding org-wide libraries, SCIM, branching/merging, private plugins, and AI credits rising from 3000 to 3500/mo for Full seats.
He's asking designers for a cost-effective setup that lets both product and engineering collaborate with AI reading and editing design files.
