Claude Code Spins Up 161 Codex Sessions to Recreate a 63-Second Video
ZacharyHuang12 · x · 2026-10-15
A user asked Claude Code to recreate a 63-second video in a specific animation style. Claude noticed Codex was installed on the machine, figured out it could use its built-in image generator, and launched 161 Codex sessions to generate frames in parallel — with Claude orchestrating everything: managing RAM, handling failures, and stitching all frames back into the final video.
The whole plan was devised autonomously by Claude, a striking demo of cross-tool agent coordination and large-scale task orchestration.
