dotey's multi-agent dev workflow: git worktree isolation, agents resolve merge conflicts via rebase rule
dotey · x · 2026-10-15
On running multiple coding agents in parallel, dotey shares practical tips:
- With a single machine, use git worktrees to isolate tasks so they don't interfere;
- With cloud agents, let each develop in its own environment and submit PRs, avoiding conflicts naturally;
- For merge conflicts, add one rule: "rebase and resolve conflicts before merging, delete the worktree after" — the agent will then resolve merge conflicts for you.
