PR #2006 to anthropics/skills adds 11 generic, anonymized, open-source skills covering cloud estimation, FinOps, cloud/Kubernetes architecture, CI/CD and DevSecOps, server hardening, provider selection, migration, capacity simulation, and provider-logo architecture diagrams. All estimates ship as XLSX deliverables with effort in man-days. Validation: 386 tests passed, 11/11 skills pass deterministic harness replay, 542 formulas verified, 528 OOXML parts checked. Provider prices remain synthetic/blocked until real dated inputs are supplied.
