The author distills his one-hour recipe for using AI as a non-coder: (1) ask for a weirder idea, (2) share the details only you know, (3) get it live, not a mock-up, (4) make the AI try it out, (5) you judge if it's good, (6) get a second AI to test it, (7) you handle the money.
