Slovenian Bloki.si MCP server puts 39 public-registry tools inside Claude and ChatGPT
pjausovec · x · 2026-10-15
A Slovenian project called Bloki.si exposes the country's public registers to AI assistants via an MCP server with 39 tools, working with Claude Code, ChatGPT and Claude in Chrome — connectable in two minutes.
- Core trick: paste a property listing and the server infers the building from area, floor, year, renovation and elevator data, matching it against the GURS registry with a confidence score; follow-ups cover sale history, surroundings and municipal data
- Sources: GURS, ETN, AJPES, SOP, NGJI, ARSO, GeoZS, DRSV, OSM, sodnedrazbe.si
- Every number cites its register; missing data is flagged with which registry it's missing from
- Use case includes an AI real-estate market research tool that estimates property values
A concrete template for wiring public open data into assistants via MCP.
