Boltz Bio presents structure & affinity prediction work and BoltzMol-1 drug target discovery at MIT MoML 2026
GabriCorso · x · 2026-10-14
At MIT's MoML 2026 event, Boltz Biosciences' Pascal Saro and Noah Getz presented approaches to maximizing structure and affinity prediction performance in the Boltz model series, plus work using BoltzMol-1 to identify a target inhibiting DNA damage repair. Slides also outline synthesis-aware molecule design: generated molecules loop through structure/affinity/ADMET predictive models to focus the search.
