.science package bundles data, provenance and execution context with research figures

Introduces the .science package: when you produce a figure for a research project, collaborators typically want to know which data was used, what changed during analysis, and which version produced the figure. The .science package keeps that context together.
Instead of sending only a report or chart, you can share a full research session with conversation context, selected files, evidence, execution records, and literature metadata with selected PDFs — making the work easier to inspect and reproduce.
