qwen-code PR projects subagent identity and Agent Team onto ACP wire

PR #13902 in QwenLM/qwen-code projects agent identity and Agent Team coordination onto the ACP/daemon wire in two columns. Subagent (parent→child): every projected subagent frame now carries meta.agent = {agentName, depth, kind} with a path-style name like /root/general-purpose, mirroring OpenAI Responses' per-item agent identity; the Web Shell shows the path on subagent panels (chip from depth ≥ 2). agentName is a readable role path, not a unique execution id — concurrent same-type subagents share it, with parentToolCallId distinguishing executions.

Agent Team (peer complete agents): ACP-hosted sessions now attach a leader sink, fixing bugs where pollLeaderInbox() never consumed (teammate reports stuck unread) and TEAMMOTEAPPROVALREQUEST was void-emitted. Teammate reports now arrive as peer background notifications with structured sender identity, roster joins/exits project as peer notifications, and teammate tool approvals route to the client's requestPermission (fail-closed: cancel plus a <teamnotice> to the leader; YOLO auto-approve only when the request has no renderable details). The gap: the protocol vocabulary named child agents and teams, but nothing told a client which agent produced what.
