Infotech rebrands and acquires SaaS management startup Zluri

IT advisory firm Infotech announced a rebrand to "infotech" and the acquisition of Zluri, a SaaS management startup founded in 2020 by Ritish Reddy, Chaithanya Yambari, and Sethu Meenakshisundaram, specializing in SaaS discovery, identity governance, access, and spend visibility. After 30+ years advising CIOs, CTOs, and CDOs, Infotech says the deal adds in-house analytics and diagnostics to its advisory practice.
