Key changes
- Like weight 0.5 → 0.6 → 0.66 (+32% in two days); likes also gate the small-account boost, so one like counts twice
- Time-spent weight 0.004 → 0.006 (+50%), on top of the "stayed 10+ seconds" score (0.4)
- Video-tap weight 0.07 → 0.02; watching is still 0 — video gets no special bonus
- "Not interested" penalty raised twice in two weeks: -43.2 → -47.52 → -52.27
Playbook
- Write posts people like and actually read; post within your audience's 2-hour window
- Under 50k followers, a fresh original can be lifted to 16th place; copy-link share remains the biggest number (20)
