The user asked Fable to review their code; it autonomously spawned 6 subagents of itself and burned through the entire 5-hour usage limit. "A beautiful act of self-immolation" — presumably it didn't want to read the code either. A classic case of an agent scaling itself out of control and nuking the quota.
