Matt Pocock proposes GRILL.md to customize the /grill-me planning skill
mattpocockuk · x · 2026-10-14
Matt Pocock is considering adding a GRILL.md file to customize how /grill-me works: it would replace /grill-with-docs with a single 'invoke the domain-modeling skill' entry, let users pick what topics get probed during planning (security, module strategy, etc.), and choose between being grilled one question at a time or all at once. He notes users seem very reluctant to edit the skill itself, making a config file a sensible move.
