ParallelLoop comes out of stealth, betting enterprise AI is bottlenecked by tribal knowledge, not models

Prateek Jogani and Cyujun have launched @parallelloopai out of stealth.
Their thesis comes from a year spent with growth-stage, pre-IPO and mid-cap enterprise leadership teams: nearly all had access to the best models in the world, yet almost none had AI doing real work inside the business. The reason, they argue, is that what makes a company function — how decisions are made, what the actual rules are, who knows what — lives in meetings, email, Teams and people's heads, not in systems.
They learned this the hard way building FairDee and scaling Qoala across five countries. Their take: intelligence has become abundant; the bottleneck is structuring an organization's implicit knowledge.
