When AI Lets You Build Anything, the Real Skill Is Deciding What Deserves to Be Built
dSebastien · x · 2026-10-14
Developer dSebastien argues that once AI agents let you build almost anything, the real skill becomes deciding what deserves to be built.
His rule of thumb: build only where friction blocks a goal that matters to you and nothing existing fits how you work. Everything else can wait, be bought, or be tolerated — and remember that everything you build, you'll also have to maintain.
