WSJ survey: nearly 100% of firms worried or skeptical about AI, up 20+ points
GaryMarcus · x · 2026-10-14
Gary Marcus shares a WSJ survey (via Jeffrey Funk): the share of companies worried, skeptical or cautious about AI has reached nearly 100%, up more than 20 points year over year, while the survey concludes it remains very hard to find actual, materially measurable financial impact from AI. The chart shows all three sentiment lines rising to new highs by 2026. Marcus frames it as evidence the "AI bubble continues."
