AI-built physics sandbox hits 2100 rigid bodies at 60fps, now asking AI to optimize it

Linus Ekenstam shared a demo of Impulse, an AI-built real-time physics sandbox currently simulating 2,137 scene objects with 2,112 dynamic rigid bodies at 60fps (14.7-15ms/frame).
- He says the setup maxes out at around 2,100 physics bodies before GPU limits kick in
- He's now having the AI write its own performance optimizations to push past the bottleneck
- A neat example of AI-generated code being used to optimize AI-generated code in real time
