gittifacts: an agent-native git platform built in a week on Cloudflare's challenge

Responding to Cloudflare's "build the next Git platform" challenge, Jovi De Croock built gittifacts, an agent-native git platform on Cloudflare. Core argument: the pull request assumes a human wrote the diff for a human to read — when agents produce 500 lines in minutes, that becomes a queue of unread diffs. His rule: humans approve intent, machines prove conformance. The platform routes each change to the cheapest still-safe review and makes post-merge undo easy. The unit of work is a Change (intent + diff + evidence), starting from an agent-drafted Plan with acceptance criteria.
