Arc Institute, the genophoria lab, czbiohub, UCSF, Calico, and Vector Institute introduced Pythia, an interpretable AI model trained on a new high-resolution atlas of 67 RNA-binding proteins (RBPs). RBPs recognize RNA by both sequence and shape, and Pythia aims to decode which cue matters at each binding site — assembling an 'Avengers' team of labs including Bo Wang to tackle the grammar of RBP-RNA interactions.
