Three agent skills for tender research: source search, bid qualification, evidence-based drafting
S3mz · reddit · 2026-10-14
A developer with public-sector bidding experience released three agent skills around the tender workflow: search, fit analysis, and proposal brief.
- Search: returns an identifiable notice with its source page, only reporting deadlines, budgets, buyers, and reference numbers the source actually contains; configurable around what your company sells.
- Fit analysis: compares each requirement against company documents, classifying as meets / partially meets / needs a partner / doesn't meet / unknown — "unknown" means an evidence gap, not permission to assume; also the starting point for consortium planning.
- Proposal brief: runs only after the evaluation exists, built from requirements and company evidence, keeping missing references and open questions visible; it never invents credentials or submits bids.
Skills are published via Tender Town with MCP access; public search is free, company-specific fit analysis is paid, proposal briefs are on Teams.
