clexo indexes Codex and Claude Code sessions into one searchable archive
preetam960 · reddit · 2026-10-13
clexo, an MCP server + CLI by sankrant, bridges Codex and Claude Code, which keep separate session histories (/.codex/sessions vs /.claude/projects). It indexes both into one searchable archive; inside Claude Code you can search with sourcefilter='codex' and load a past Codex session into the current one. It also survives /clear: run !clexo save and a SessionStart hook restores the snapshot next session. Install via pipx, then clexo install.
